We are looking for a developer who can create a program that can automate our lending transactions or maybe a web developer.

This is a single project for a program. Final payment will be released when the project has met all requirements and has been submitted and approved.
Im looking for someone to make this app better than I imagined. Creativity with design and functionality is encouraged. I have the project to be done ASAP.
