Allow users to post online.
No payments to be made. Just a free website.
Mobile friendly. If an app needs to be made then I dont want to have to remake the website with it.
Needs a messaging service. Email notification and message in website.
User portal for people posting on the site.
Ability to plug in an ecommerce solution in the future so I can charge gyms for access to post more than 5 deals.
Include the ability to create ad revenue.
Admin user area.
Database of users.

Budget would be minimal to start. Need this up and running in 2 weeks.
