Web Design/Editor for Real Estate Organization

I am looking to take an existing website and make it more SEO friendly while also transforming the appearance of how it looks.

I am looking for help with using the existing content and organizing the content into one infinity scroll-like format to showcase the media (articles and pictures) we already have.

Ideally, the website will have the capabilities of intaking information (through the use of some private intake form) that will allow the content to be crowdsourced from members and approved by the administration for mass distribution (via email or social media).

Since its inception over 15 years ago, our organization is a not-for-profit professional trade association working in the commercial real estate industry. Through fellowship and education, our mission seeks to increase and enhance access amongst its members and others in the real estate industry, thereby enabling our members to profit and grow.
