Multiple GPS tracker system for vehicles

We are looking to create a vehicle tracking system for our company. We would need to track multiple GPS trackers via a single web based screen - showing location, Name and vehicle number, speed.

Be able to record a daily track distance and output this for all vehicles (up to 200)

We would source the trackers ourselves and would need these to be able to be logged to the system.
System would use readily available trackers and be attached to the system via their IMEA number - in future we could use Smart Phones.

An experience developer with experience of this sort of work would be required.

This would initially be a project to test the feasibility of this with the opportunity to develop the system over a longer time period.

We would need a working example first then move to a more polished system.
