WordPress Developer for ongoing website development.

My client has a website hosted on wordpress. I am taking over the project from a previous developer.

What Im looking for is someone who is able to work closely with me, probably for a long period of time, this project will be on-going for really quite some time, very likely months and the amount of work will probably be quite a lot (>10 hours per week).

I need someone who really understands wordpress and can quickly pick up the project, understand how it works and can work with me. Someone who is a great developer with wordpress and can accurately translate my designs/descriptions.

I will need someone who I can call during work hours and is likely to be available that day.

I need someone who is available straight away, will be happy to have a chat, then take a look at this project and be available to quickly understand how it works, what Im looking to do with it, then be available to join a call next Tuesday with me, with the client.

I myself was a javascript developer then Team lead for a few years at a large consultancy but now I have my own company - Im looking to take someone on at this project and then work with me on an on-going basis for other wordpress clients. Im not an expert on wordpress its the one thing myself or my partners arent hugely knowledgable in so this is why I need to outsource an expert!

Im very much looking for someone who I can build a great working relationship with and they either join me full time on my business or just stay a contractor and have a long-term working relationship.
