I need to create 2 appartement in 94 m2
A studio and a 3 bedroom appartement.

I have done a design of what I want (before and after) but I am really not a professional.
I would need to work with an architecte to produce :
1 existing plan
1 demolition plan
1 construction plan
1 electricity and pluming plan
1 futur plan
1 shopping list
Realisting 3D

I would like to discuss the project first
