Looking for an expert in setting up kafka cluster and trouble shooting issues related to kafka. We want to set up a kafka cluster in prod/uat and dev environment.

Configuration of running 3 brokers with a replication factor of at least 3.

Production cluster will always include 3 brokers and 3 zookeepers to ensure stability and low latency

Review the current architecture and configuration of Kafka producer and consumer that we have and make the necessary recommendations to optimize our setup.

Ideally, the person should be a certified confluent kafka administrator/developer
