Ubiquity Edge Router expert

I am looking for an expert in Ubiquity edge router to assist me with a first time configuration of the product for my network, below are my requirement

connect to sonicwall at our colo via vpn for all internet browsing and internal server access (dns, ad, sharepoint, citrix, etc, etc)
send all traffic back to sonicwall except our voip phones (use local isp) which have static ip and mac addresses defined in a group on the device
setup eth2 for public network on dedicated lan segment for visitors and limit bandwidth to 5/5
setup static ips for remote wan management
open port for external camera access
dhcp server on both lans (corporate and public)
