We seek a skilled vector artist that can assist with creating an animated scene. The animated scene will be a pre-selected, instantly recognisable location, localised with moving elements (such as people and traffic). Additionally, we would prefer this scene to be created in Black and White, so it fits the ongoing theme of our overall project.

I will be happy to hear from any candidate that feels they have the quality and skill to create this magical scene for us.
