[URGENT] Need a programmer to write a script to extract data from a website

I have a very simple job for a programmer that needs to be completed within the next 24 hours with 100% accuracy.
I have a spreadsheet of 10,000 leads and I need you to create a robot and scrape my local county auditors website to see if any of them are delinquent in property tax.
All you need to do is write a script to take my existing list (In excel CSV format) copy the home address on the spreadsheet, enter that address on my county auditors website, hit search and then look if that address is delinquent in property tax.
If it is, then add it to another column of my spreadsheet and enter in the actual amount that is delinquent from the website.
I will share the links to my auditor website where you will be extracting all the data from
