Can you build AI/ML-based resume parser for USA based resume and create a MATCHING and SCORING engine? We want a system where a Job Description is provided and a ZIP file of resumes uploaded and the system needs to match and score resumes.

We also want all submitted resumes to be styled/formatted with certain templates we design to have a consistent look.

This also needs to create and manage TAXONOMY of skills and match resumes to JD based on TAXONOMY.
