Streamline VueJS/Bootstrap app to its brand guide and best practices

The app Task is two-fold:

a) Streamline an existing app written in VueJS and Bootstrap

b) Refactor the existing code base in terms of best practices for VueJS (may be not much to do, but we were fairly new to VueJS and the code has grown)

We will provide a proper introduction into the app, what intended use-cases are and for the setting up of it locally.
