Write a Letter- Not Motiom Early termination of Probation &Early Termination of Deferred Sentence

I am trying to write a letter to the judge requesting an early termination of probation and early termination of my deferred sentence. Rather than stealing my case in the 61 days max according to North Dakota law I would like it to be sealed at minimum to the public as immediate as possible, so I can obtain a job

I am having a difficult time verbalizing these things in an appropriate verbiage for the criminal justice system.

My charges are misdemeanors and I have been a lot abiding Citizen and registered nurse my entire adult life. I have completely satisfied all terms and conditions of my unsupervised probation to include 298 of my 360 day unsupervised probation sentence.

I will share a information on my states laws and the deferred imposition of sentence is already a part of my sentence. North Dakota law on deferred imposition of sentence is very clearly written out and should not be a barrier.

My request is being made in the spirit of justice. Prior to my arrest Ive been employed full-time since my teenage years. Since my arrest I have been extended numerous job opportunities that have all been rescinded once I disclose my criminal background findings.

I have been a self-sufficient single mother of three children my entire life and have lost everything to include my car and home in the past 10 months. Ive become a burden to society as for the first time my children and I are now receiving state assistance, in temporary housing, and Im trying to get in a shelter.

I am able bodied and willing to work in any capacity. The criminal background check is preventing me from obtaining jobs in every industry I have tried.

I understand that sentencing is for punishment and rehabilitative purposes. I have experienced both of those in the spirit of justice but now feel with the extenuating circumstances, the burden we have become and the signifance of what we have lost is now to the side of injustice for the community.

If someone could help me put those in my other thoughts together in a meaningful document to the judge that I could use, I would greatly appreciate it. I would hate to have my chances of my request being granted negated do to run on sentences and poor verbiage for this type of letter.
