I have a successful Youtube Channel and up to this point I have been doing all of my own video filming/editing and thumbnails, now that I am about to hit 100K subs I want to hire someone to create really clickable thumbnails. I want someone who understands youtube, who will do research on competing thumbnails for the topic that the video will be covering. I want this to be an ongoing job with the right person.
