Upload 1237 Videos (11 seconds each) to YouTube

I hired someone earlier to download product videos and add my logo to them, but when we tried to upload them, we ran into some issues with the API.

Im looking for a YouTube bulk uploading expert. If you know what youre doing, the actual work time on this job should be very short. Youll just need to download the videos, get the description information from a spreadsheet Ill provide, then do the bulk upload.

I want someone who has done many bulk uploads in the past, and knows exactly whats required. If planning on using the API for it, youll need to have sufficient api credits.
