Convert small Joomla site to Hmtl to optimise and secure the site

1- Looking for an on freelancer, who helps to clone 1 small joomla sites to htlm.
2- You must clone the site and show it from your server.
3- Secure, check the code, pass the files to the antivirus to eliminate any flaws, spam and viruses.
4- Secure images and not downloadable thoses.
5- No reference to php and html must appears in the final link of the site.
6- Change the current color of the site and put a bright color. Change also the current pictures to put modern pitures.
7- People should not be able to click on the images and be able to download them. The image registration offer must be deleted.
8- Once we approve the job, you can implanted the source files to our hosting.
9- Then, they can then be uploaded to the hosting and linked to the domains.
10- The freelancer must take the time to do a serious job with the html-php sites: secure, check the code, pass the files to the antivirus to eliminate any flaws, spam and viruses. Secure images, not downloadable. A totally optimal job.
11- Once we approve the job, we will pay you and you can locate the source files to our hosting. And activate it (put the site online).
