We want to design a live video buffering app, which is usable across Android devices. App would buffer the video in an mp4 format with lowest resolution available on the device (no lower than 320x240) with a minimum size. The buffered stream is to be uploaded to a backend server over 3G/4G networks, in an optimized manner. (limited time to upload each recorded video).
