We need a saas system that the user can connect his instagram account via api and authorize to our tool get segmented followers.

The project consist in
- website landing page
- subscription system and admin panel for user and adminstrator
- tool on server side to get followers by segmented tags/name/user/type set up by the user

Need to be done in php, js, css, html and mysql
