Wedding Photo Retouching - Expert Help Needed

My wedding photos have come back and the images are not to my liking. The wedding happened on a beautiful, cloudless and sunny day by the water but all the pictures are drab, grey, very contrasted and depressing. The photographer has refused to change anything as it would not align with his creative direction. I dont have the original files of the pictures, but I have the hi-res edited versions.

I would need someone to help with retouching the photos to :
- add more depth & vibrancy / colour to the photos.
- remove the grainy aspect on the photos
- for images with peoples faces, I would also need help beautifying. Currently, the shots are very grainy and contrasted, which accentuates peoples wrinkles, pores and imperfections to another level. They actually dont even look that way in real life! I would need softening and lightening of these pictures to ensure a better aesthetic.

There would be close to 200 pictures but I would start with a smaller batch first (5-10 pictures) to see how the results are before committing to retouching the whole lot.
