Research a virtual assistant to deal with customer service via email and Facebook Messages.

There is currently about 4 hours a day of work to answer all emails and Facebook messages. This shift must be done between 9am and 5pm US EST time.

The Customer Service Rep will have to do this work 7 days a week.

We are looking for someone with perfect written English. Communication with clients and between us is the most important thing for this job position.

The candidate must master the following tools and be comfortable with our business model (Dropshipping): Shopify, Oberlo, Gmail.
