the scenario;
- I have sip phones registered to my ip pbx
- when a sip phone try to call a phone
- my pbx will route the call to skype gateway
- skype gateway will use a skype account to connect the call transparently

sip phone -> ippbx -> skypegateway -> gsm/landline

inbound calls to be handled with ip pbx

the project should be a desktop application.
