Java, C++ / Libgdx-Liquidfun extension upgrade

Looking for someone to update the extension to the latest Libgdx framework / box2d / liquidfun iteration and creating the libraries for windows and mobile usage (32/64 bit).

Some functionalities are not or not well implemented in to the extension (for example particle to body contact listener) which are necessary.

To ensure the functionality a android studio project with a basic testbed is required.
