FB Ads Management System Using FB Marketing API

Implement a webapp to manage FB ads:

Phase 1
1. Ability to set up automated rules that provides all the options currently available in Facebook Ads Manager, plus the following:
- Check and execute rules every minute (Facebook only allows as frequent as 60 mins)
- Schedule rules to only execute on a certain day (e.g. Every Sat)

2. Ability to define an ad group
- An ad group is a set of ads that contain the same string in their names.
E.g. I can create an ad group named Image Group, and any ads that contain image- in their names will fall under the ad group.
- This is used in ad rotation, which is explained next.

3. Ad rotation
Whats missing with Qwaya is that I cant rotate a subset of ads inside an adset.
I want the ability to rotate ads within an ad group in an adset.
So within an adset, there could be 3 ad groups
- Video
- Image
- Carousel
And I can setup an ad rotation for a certain ad group, instead of rotating all the ads within an adset, like how Qwaya implemented it.
