You are required to explain and assess suitable approaches to business process management analysis and design Trussell Trust wanted to enhance their complex, out-dated IT system and would like to implement an ERP system across their organisation. It is hoped that this system will allow them to link directly with partner agencies and replace the current manual process for issuing foodbank vouchers to clients which can take days. B. You are required to critically discuss the benefits and challenges of ERP systems Implementing new systems, linking with external agencies and storing personal information are new high risk areas for the trust in terms of legislation and ethical considerations. This is a major concern for the trust. C. You are required to evaluate and critique current legislation on data privacy and relevant ethical issues
