Move Microsoft exchange mail to GSuite

We are looking at moving about 20 mail accounts from Microsoft Exchange to Google Suite to make the internal administration easier.

Currently these emails are with another service provider and it is taking us a massive amount of time to administer this when we should be doing it inhouse.
