CRM Implementation

Looking to have a full system CRM Implented for sales automation, reporting, and automation. Currently have VTiger setup, but not to a level thats practical.

Customer submits RFQ on website, it immediately creates profile for Organization and contact with interested product(s), creates quote, and notifies sales team of pending quote approval within CRM with template emails.

Upon sending off, system will create reminders for follow up if deal is not closed within timeframe.

System will be entirely self sufficient, with email client and email chain to profile.

When quote is converted to Sale, a pro forma invoice is generated for customer and sent out.

CRM is capable of conducting reporting of various detail, importing into marketing campaign to deploy emails. CRM also will prompt follow ups

CRM also interfaces with WooCommerce orders in wordpress

CRM also allows for exporting or integrating with quickbooks or similar.
