Troubleshooting Wordpress - Facebook's Meta Descriptions

Im looking for some to troubleshoot a website I have. Its CMS is Wordpress and Im using an Avada Theme. Ive tried troubleshooting this problem but still cant pinpoint whats wrong. Im trying to find a way to correctly change the meta description, so whenever I try to post a status on Facebook using my domain name it shows all the correct information. If this is in your scope of work please let me know!
