Information Security Policy Document

Need a security policy to provide protection - protection for organization and for its employees. Security policies protecting any organizations critical information/intellectual property by clearly outlining employee responsibilities with regard to what information needs to be safeguarded and why.

Im looking for the policy in SANS guidelines.
This should be written as if this can be implemented directly by a company.

Note: DONT NEED A TEMPLATE. But need actual Information security policy which can be used by a company.
