Ludo betting app

I want a mobile Android app in which there is simple ludo and betting ludo.
Players put their money to the game as a bet( by paytm or paypal). The money should be credited and debited by my account only. Spin the wheel contest should be there for all player in which they can get money.
Features
(Invite and earn )
( Spin the wheel).
The bet style should be like this format for multiplayer.
For 2 players
(Bet 10 and winner get 918)
(Bet 20 and winner get 36)
(Bet 30 and winner get 50)
(Bet 50 and winner get 90)
(Bet 100 and winner get 180)
And this is rule , winner only get 90% of the bet money from my account.
For 4 players
Rules-
Winner
1st- 40% of bet money deposit to their account from my account.
2nd -30%
3rd-10%
4th -0%
And it should be upload to play store and iOS app store. It should also show some ads by which I can earn money by Adsense.
And I have to earn money when user uses my app.
I have to earn money to my account directly .
Any more suggestion which can better my app then most welcome .
And they have to register themselves in ludo by paytm number .
And they have to register their paytm for transaction in ludo bet.
And the players can chat in game.
For example you can see ludo king app.
And very important thing
The new player register by their paytm number only and the money will transfer to that number only.
