Creating Visuals into PPT/Paint from a Picture

I am looking for someone who can create a network from a picture / screenshot into a PPT or paint, so that it (a) looks professional and (b) I am able to make some slight adjustments later on. The graphs themselves are very similar and quite simple, and all follow the same logic will share with you soon. There are a few words on it in german, but no german language skills are needed as theres no logic behind them.

If you are interesed in the job, it would be great if you could re-create one of the picture so we can align on how they look in the end.

Budget / Price is up for discussion, please make an offer.
