Live Illustrator(s) needed for company holiday party

This is a one-time job taking place in West Hollywood. You will be illustrating live onsite at a holiday party for the entire duration (3 hours). Set up will take place one hour prior (6:30pm) and teardown after (10:30-11pm).

I expect 200 people to participate in the activity. The illustrator would draw in the style of fashion illustrations. Our theme is old Hollywood so any thematic concepts from those eras would be welcome (i.e., art deco, vintage costumes and glamour, etc.)

I know 200 sketches in 3 hours is not realistic for one illustrator, so I am looking for multiple who are preferably part of a team or open to working together across one with a flat rate.

The illustrations will be black ink only to capitalize on output of sketches, they can be drawn on 4x6 postcards or similar. Artists will be expected to supply their own materials. We will supply tables, chairs, and lighting.
