Zapier: product hunt to twitter lists flow

I need a Zapier workflow done, or shown how it is done more likely as you wont have access to my account:

1:
- Connect Product Hunt
- Run for each new post
- Add 12h delay
- Check if makers are present
- Filter twitter handle of **each** maker (sometimes there are more than one)
- Add maker twitter handles to twitter list

I will share some images of the beginning state and end state, but I need the right data flowing into the Twitter List.
