Looking a developper to set up the integration of a large xml into woocommerce

The job is as follow :
- Getting a large XML file from an ftp location on a daily basis
- Store it on a storage (to be defined; either cloud storage or webserver)
- Unzip it and Split it into smaller pieces (size to be defined)
- Push each piece to a dedicated location to be consumed by Wpallimport product import process
- Schedule wpimport to run automatically as the file is available
- Delete each piece after import run to freeup space
- Delete unzipped file from the storage

Note : The zipped file is around 150MB and could be much larger. The uzipped version is around 1.8 GB and can be much higher.
