Multi factor Authentication ( MFA) - GPS time code server - adding location to Google authentication

To spin off an existing GPS time code server backend and mobile front end application for the delivery of un spoofable location authentication based on upgraded Google authenticator.

Phase 1 - 2 months

Set up a secure VM Server within a Docker container (?) with Access and upgrade latest Google Authenticator Rest/API : Versioning, automatic latency and execution monitoring, re-triable API, identification of critical and non critical dependencies, remove redundant data, concurrency and conditional writes and caching and IAM + location/ geofence
as well as selectable Multifactor parameters using the best of DNP3? to create a new IPv6/GPS - that a new GPS version

Android client App with selectable factors ie fingerprint hash / password ( hex , length, upper lower special characters etc ), IMSI/MSID, Geofence ( and parameter 20 m ) google plus code etc QR coded,
How to use this service to substitute authentication of whatsapp account currently by IMSI/MSID with a Maltokins generated by GPS time code server
