Drawings for job-search book (inside and cover)

I am looking for a cartoonish style for characters in my job-search book. (I call them Bob and Bobette.) One of the structures I use in the book is:
- the bare bones
- the meat of the matter
- all fleshed out

I imagine a lot of the drawings being Bob and Bobette as skeletons in different activities of looking for a job (wearing clothing)--in an interview, typing on the computer, in a career center, etc. Some pictures will be the meat of the matter, which I imagine like muscles and ligaments. All fleshed out pictures would be them looking like normal people.

This would be a series of probably 20 to 25 pictures like this throughout the book.

I also need an artist to take my amateur concept sketch of a book cover and make it into the real professional cover, which I can provide.
