Speeding up R with Multi-threading

We are looking for a professional to come up with a redesigned solution on R platform to run multiple thread algorithms on Machine learning and AI solution based applications. Have knowledge on implementation of AI tools on R platform, Speeding up R with Multi-threading, rewrite codes for optimized logic.

Skill sets:

R, Machine learning, Multi threading on R.

What to do:

Must understand our current solution of model implementation and its architecture of running projects/products in which we are seeking/willing to upgrade.
Consultation on Why and how to redesign projects with R in Multi-threading? Pros and Cons of it w.r.t to current architecture.
Do the entire POC or Production level implementation for Migration Plan. (This phase only comes when the above proposals and solutions are accepted and valid).

Business reasoning:

Client base is increasing exponentially over a period of time, achieving a higher accuracy forecast within stipulated time frame acts as back bone to organisation. Aim is to come up with a multi-thread architecture to run higher computational AI applications in a stipulated time frame with optimized cost and resources.
