Xen Kernel Slow HDD in Linux in HP DL360E Proliant 110 Gen9

Hello.
We are installing a Xen Server in a HP Proliant DL360E 110 Gen9 with HP Smart Array.

The problem is we are having a really slow hard disk write speed with the Kernel of Xen Server.
073741824 bytes (1,1 GB, 1,0 GiB) copied, 34,3021 s, 31,3 MB/s

We are using SSD Samsung EVO 860, with Linux Kernel we got max speed of 200MB/s in this boxes (For Samsung EVO 860 is very slow)

We need someone that worked with this kind of boxes that had similar problems in the past, and help us to fix it. We need to have Xen servers in this boxes with good HDD write speeds.
