Questionnaire for Shopify Website using the APP AIVA OVERLAYS

Basically people will click on something like take the test to get matched with true shirt love or get matched with a shirt love today and then they answer a few questions and it will take them two a specific category or product.

basically my t shirt idea is loosely based off the idea of Eharmony You answer questions to get matched with someone youll love I want to do questions you answer to get matched with a t shirt

Id really prefer someone who has a sense of humor and understands what im trying to do. If we work well together I will want to continue to do more work in the future. Even just edits to the questions and answers.

Aiva is design/graphic intensive. I already have the questions and know what I want it to do (trigger/programming wise) i just need help making it look good.
