Create a GPS Map like Google Maps with list of specific places in a social media format web mobile

Im looking for someone who can generate a list of Country Dancing Bars in North America on Google Maps. Would like the Map to be placed on my Website with the ability to add and take away and comment on each place. The Map would have pins over the places. Would like to also have a list of bars in relation to colleges, western clothing stores, hotels, other night clubs, dance studios, late night restaurants that are open until 1am at the earliest and open all night within a 5 MILE RADIUS!, and major city center distances. Once the Pin for the Country Dance Bar is Clicked on it would have the other places that were in the 5 mile radius show their pins in different colours for different types of places to show what is nearby(And you would have to have an ability similar to that in the mobile app(Trucker Path) to unclick each type of place you are looking for if you want to single them out in the map so that you only see the pins you want to see by having some separate menu to click those types of pins off) Would also like to have the Facebook Page links, how many likes it has and reviews it has on google and facebook, its webpage listed when the pin is clicked on with the ability to give input on the side bar for those interested in coming to check it out (Removed by Toogit admin). This webpage needs to be mobile friendly as well.
