Google Sheets database, query/multiple sheet

I am looking to add a process to my website where users will enter their information(name, address, number, playing partners, etc) I will need to take the customer payments which is already setup on my site and ready to interact with Google Sheets. I will then need to take data from the submitted sheet and have it go directly into my Google Sheets document which the website already does. I need to take that Google sheets document and take it to an additional worksheet with the opportunity to either have a dropdown menu from the submitted names and add the names to specific starting positions. So, to try to make it simply explained. I need help with my google sheets document, I will need to take four columns from worksheet #1 of information using =ImportRange feature and group that information on worksheet #2 to group certain names together on worksheet #2.
