Movment detection - by using "optical flow" algoritham

In my project i have a gui, and i already do the following things:
1. split a video clip into frames.
2. convert each frame to a grayscale

what i need is:
according to the frames in step 2, the program needs to identify an object in motion by using optical flow alg.
This means that if in the video we have objects that are in motion, and objects that arent, the software will mark (will mark them with a colorful square (red or green) that moves with the object) the objects that are in motion.

The software should be written in C Sharp.

The deadline for the project is until 2 days.

The budget for the project is 50$.
