I need someone who is a quick starter to join an ongoing project that needs bugs and other features implemented

1. Expert in Angular, HTML, CSS
2. Good in English and in communications
3. Good in documentation
4. Worked with API
5. Quick starter
6. Available via skype to text chat in case they need to ask me something
7. Available for other projects if this goes well.
