Mobile application development

We are looking for an individual developer or a team to build a mobile application (both: ios and android).
The core of an idea briefly is to allow users to make an order in their favorite cafes before they will come there, pick up their orders faster, skip the line/save the time.
Owners of cafes will be able to manage orders, place settings and the menu.

I will provide details description if you shortlisted for this project

Please provide me:
- an estimate of how many working hours you need to complete work
- your hourly rate. It would be great if you can split the project to milestones and provide the quote for each one.
- technologies stack to be used

Im open to your suggestions to make this project more successful and time/cost-efficient.
