Need Expert Chinese Product Sourcing Agent

Need someone who is an Alibaba product sourcing expert to assist with product sourcing and vetting suppliers.

Ive ordered several samples from alibaba and am unable to even locate the companies that sent me the sample (did a search on alibaba, looked through my Assurance orders, nothing). They did not supply contact info, and the number the gave does not work!

Few items I need help with:

#1 Locating and contacting the companies i order from
#2 Nogotiating rates for bulk orders
#3 Finding additional suppliers as needed (both on an off Alibaba)
#4 Negotiating rates for product branding etc.
