Need assistance to create and commercialize online fitness program.

I do have the concept for the fitness program ready with videos
i am trying to figure the best way to commercialize.
the first version was on a pdf . now i am wondering it is better to have the program on a platform where the user can login to access the the program and videos.
also i would need a marketing and advertising plan.
I am looking for someone that would creating landing page, set up all email marketing and and set up the program.
