Full Stack Developer needed for a small and quick volunteer management app

Its intended for a small NGO to manage their Volunteer Onboarding and ongoing maintenance. The app will be easy to use and reduce the manual work of storing data in excel and managing it.
The designs and basic wireframes are ready. Business Requirements and high-level design and solution architecture are also ready.
It will have a simple Rdbms to store data and basic UI to display the data and perform simple CRUD operations. It needs to be built on completely open source resources.
