TikTok/Musically, SingStar similar app features

Looking for an experienced mobile developer with experience in iOS and Android. Knowledge and experience developing experiences and features as Musically, Tik Tok, SingStar, Snapchat

Im looking for an app with similar features as:

Video Recording
Live video - stories
Music Recording
Stickers
Facw filters like Snapchat, Tik Tok
Sound FX when recording lile SingStar, Musically
Social Media integration/sharing
Messaging
Geolocation
And some others

These are features that are not new but want a developer that can show me related work and make sure can be done with great quality.

I wrantthe dev to work on backend and front-end. Also assist with server side setup, API, etc

We will provide User Stories and Journeys, UX/UI Design, Gamification Strategy and anything else to help in the development process.

We will utilize tools for communication and collaboration as Slack, Marvelapp, Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Zoom or Skype for meetings.

I want a developer that it is proactive, has a great eye for design and cares about user experience and follow our pixel perfect designs.

We are in the process of UX design and branding but want to have a dev ready before we finish.

Budget I just added something just to create the post but we can discuss
