About:
Im looking to hire some that has built a similar website as the following one Im looking to launch.
Details:
Im looking to build a website thats a renewal management system for businesses built on subscriptions. (This is a specific industry that Im an expert in.) Heres how the desktop website needs to be able to work in terms of workflow:
- business logs into website as an admin user
- business uploads CSV spreadsheet that contains (1) all users expiring in a specific month and (2) basic information on each user: full name, subscription expiration date, current rate, market rate, current-to-market rate variance, product type, email
- website then generates this information into a visually pleasing grid that then gives the admin user the ability to (1) enter renewal increases as either a $ amount or % amount and (2) the ability to enter these increases across the board using a flat $ or % amount and / or the option of manually hard-stepping specific increases (i.e., generate 3% renewal increases for all 56 users in a given month based on current rate + 3% increase and / or manually adjust 11 users too far below market rates)
- admin then submits bulk proposal to their supervisor (also an admin) to approve / deny, once approved, this renewal batch shows an approved status
- admin then generates renewal offer letters that are bulk emailed to the customers using mail merge logic (predefined marketing template, email body and PDF attachment includes their name and the details of their renewal offer letter)
- admin user then updates renewal statuses in website (so, this also acts as a renewal tracker), where each user has a status of awaiting response, not renewing, unsure, or renewing
- admin dashboard displays reporting features such as YTD renewal statistics, admin can pull reports in PDF and Excel or CSV
This is the basic idea. Ill prove more clarity one on one.
