Laravel Developer

Hello! Im Looking for a Laravel developer with Following Expertise :

1) Must know how to build a Module Like Laravel Structure (Refer OmniPay laravel Package)
2) must know how to build a Laravel Installer which can install itself just by placing copied files in Web server Location
3) must know how to refactor the Application code into the Module Structure.
4) must know the Process of Writing Clean and Clear Code with Comments on the Codes.
5) must know the testing of code so that it should not conflict with the existing codes.
6) Must know Git Version Control System and Debug ability to find out the real root Cause and fix it accordingly.


Project Details :
The Application is based on Financial and REST API is the major part of the Application.

Type of Freelancer :
Im looking for the Stable Freelancer who is Ready to Provide Clean and Clear Code with Proper Comments and Documentation. The Person should be ready to accept Challenges to learn new things, Test and implement. Freshers or Experienced both are Welcome.
