Need someone to put Visualization pieces together in a dashboard

We want to create a 3 tab dashboard as a proof of concept of a social media analytics tool. Most of the visualization pieces are already built. Your job will basically be 2 main things: to customize some visualization pieces, and putting them all together in dashboard like arrangement to give the look and feel to the user. The dashboard basically has 3 tabs I will go through it tab by tab and direct you to the components itself that needs the customization. The outcome should be the following three tabs but customized with the visualizations and requirements as seen below. The second thing I want to do is host it on my AWS EC2 machine so that i can send them a link to access it, I need you to put it together in a way so that I can easily host it on AWS and to let me know how to do it.

I will share some reference to show exactly what we need to do and it is very clear. It also shows you the components you need to use all you need to do is just code some parts of it and put the pieces together.
